[nEn 뉴스에듀신문] 문화재청은 23일부터 청와대 관람객에게 영빈관과 춘추관 내부를 추가 공개한다고 밝혔다. 

지난 10일부터 공개된 청와대는 그동안 건물 내부는 공개하지 않았지만 영빈관과 대통령의 기자회견 장소이자 출입기자들이 상주하던 춘추관의 내부를 정비하면서 이번에 추가 공개하게 된 것이다.

외국 국빈들을 위한 공식행사나 연회가 열리던 영빈관 1층 홀에서는 관람객들이 자유롭게 거닐며 영빈관의 역사가 소개된 전시 패널들을 관람할 수 있다. 

각종 국정 현안의 언론 발표장소이자 청와대 기자회견장이던 춘추관 1층에서는 관람객이 직접 대변인 체험을 할 수 있는 포토 존(촬영구역)이 마련됐다. 

2층에서는 정부정책을 발표하던 브리핑실을 관람할 수 있도록 해 국민이 보다 친근하게 청와대 건물들을 체험해볼 수 있게 됐다.

문화재청은 청와대국민개방추진단을 설치해 이날부터 대통령실 등으로부터 위임받은 청와대 권역과 시설개방 관리업무를 시작한다.

위임 해제시까지 청와대 개방과 관련한 관람객 예약 및 출입, 경내 시설물 관리 및 경내 문화행사 기획, 관람코스 개발과 체험·해설프로그램 마련 등 전반적인 청와대 개방 관리업무 전반을 수행한다.  

한편 첫 개방일인 지난 10일부터 22일까지 13일간 청와대를 찾은 관람객은 37만7888명으로 집계됐다. ‘청와대, 국민 품으로’ 홈페이지를 통해 신청한 관람 신청자는 500만여명에 달한다. 

문화재청 관계자는 “문화재청 청와대국민개방추진단은 대통령비서실 및 관련 기관과 함께 청와대 권역을 역사와 미래가 공존하는 국가의 상징적 역사문화공간으로 조성하기 위한 합리적 보존·관리·활용 방안을 마련하겠다”고 밝혔다.
